Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Hugo St-Hilaire, MD, DDS

Dr. Hugo St-Hilaire is our board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. He has been part of our group since 2006. He obtained his DDS from McGill University, located in his hometown, Montreal, Canada. He then completed a general practice residency at the Jewish General Hospital followed by a degree in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Dr. St-Hilaire went on to complete a residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at LSU as well as a Craniofacial Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. While his training and abilities are extensive, his primary focus is on pediatric and adult Craniofacial reconstruction. He also enjoys dentoalveolar surgery (surgical extractions of erupted or impacted teeth, dental implants, biopsy, etc.) and provides those services, in addition to inhalation or intravenous sedation, at our office.

Jay Fagan, DDS

Dr. Jay Fagan began practicing as a general dentist after graduating from Louisiana State University in 1977. After practicing in downtown New Orleans for three years, he completed a periodontal residency at Boston University in 1982. Since 1982, he has been practicing in the greater New Orleans area. Dr. Fagan now practices periodontics on the Northshore in Covington and also at Audubon Dental Group. His periodontal treatments comprise aesthetic periodontal surgery, gingival grafting, implant placement, laser surgery, and osseous surgery. Dr. Fagan has recently been certified for LANAP, laser-assisted new attachment procedure, allowing for the treatment of periodontal disease through regeneration.
